Thanksgiving
Every year Code 3 Junk Removal takes time to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It is during these moments of “pause” that we can truly reflect on how grateful we are. 2022 has been another successful year. Success to us doesn’t just mean numbers, it also means relationships and growth. Code 3 Junk Removal has continued to grow year on year showing additional growth in numbers, customer base and employees. We do not take these things for granted. The economy can boom and the economy can slow, but through it all junk removal appears to continue to be a needed service and that alone gives us reason to celebrate.
The team members we employ are extremely important to us. These team members count on their paychecks and hours and this is something we take seriously. Full schedules with customers mean that these team members get the number of hours they need each week. We are thankful for our customers and our employees because to us they go hand in hand. Our employees are outstanding. We have the best of the best when it comes to junk removal employees. Our team members provide outstanding customer service and go above and beyond daily for us and our customers. You will not find our level of customer service just anywhere. Our team members do a great job because they want to. Customer service is lacking in many companies currently but not with Code 3 Junk Removal. You will find that our team members go above and beyond.
We know the value of our customers and take this time to thank our new and our repeat customers. New customers are great because we have a chance to prove we are the best and to exceed your expectations. Repeat customers show us that we are doing it right and we will continue to work to do it better each time. We appreciate the customers who have taken the time to give us feedback and leave us outstanding 5 star reviews. Customers understand the value of this for a company. It shows others that we do the job well and highlights many of our positive qualities as a company. We take time to reread the reviews during this time of thanks and again pause to reflect on the kind words.
As we have stated previously, Code 3 Junk Removal started with one firefighter having a vision and using his entrepreneurial spirit to make that vision a reality. Not only has it become a reality, but he continues to expand and grow the vision for the company. We know what we do well and we continue to focus on that as this year winds down.
