Last week was a time of reflection for Code 3 Junk Removal just as it was for many others. The holiday season is upon us and Thanksgiving is a time we truly take a moment and reflect on all that has happened along this journey. Code 3 Junk Removal started with one firefighter having a vision and an entrepreneurial spirit and taking that vision and making it into a reality. Code 3 Junk Removal has grown and expanded its service offerings along the way while adding valuable staff members. Starting as a one man owner/operator and growing along the way has taught us a lot. There will always be issues no matter what staffing and revenue level you are at but the rewards have far exceeded the issues. It has been amazing to watch the company grow and expand and be able to support charities that we believe in that are helping others.
As we reflected we looked at our growth and our team members. We have added staff multiple times throughout this last year and each has been a tremendous help to the company. We know we couldn’t maintain our level of professionalism and number of jobs scheduled without the staff that we have. We have been able to mentor and help them grow along the way and this has been a rewarding experience. We are thankful for each of them and try to say those words to them often so they realize their value.
The network of community members and business owners that we have found has also been priceless. It truly does take a village at times and it has been wonderful to have this network of people to bounce ideas off of and talk through tough situations with or even celebrate the wins with. We have become friends with several of our competitors and wish nothing but the best for them as they do the same for us. We value these relationships.
Code 3 Junk Removal is a local, firefighter owned business and as we reflect we recognize how fortunate we are to live and own a company in a wonderful community. Chandler and the East Valley have continued to grow and expand over the years and this is exciting to be a part of. 2020 has created a lot of challenges but it has also brought a lot of blessings along the way as well. At this time we are choosing to focus on those blessings. We hope everyone had a safe holiday and a time to reflect on the good in their lives.
